DeRailed Ink was started out of a garage on the wrong side of town in Denver, Co. Conceptually, DeRailed Ink's mission is to provide cutting edge design and social commentary through artistic expression.

Robert Bell is the Principal Designer, Owner and Mastermind behind DeRailed Ink. Born in Japan and raised in culturally confused Boulder, Colorado; Robert has defined his career as a professional, independent artist since 2001. Upon receiving direction from the Santa Chiara Art Center in Italy, Robert went on to earn a Bachelor’s and Post Baccalaureate Certificate from Colorado State University and School of Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, respectively. Earning several accolades dating back to 2000, Robert has placed exhibitions in Boston, Boulder and Denver. Robert continues to grow personally and professionally, pushing all social and artistic boundaries.

John McCaskill is the Business Development Architect and Captain of Sales at DeRailed Ink. Drawing on over 15 years of sales experience John has defined the term, “serial entrepreneur”. Since earning a Bachelor’s in Business Management at Mississippi State University in 2001, John has consulted in the successful development of 5 organizations. John currently manages a locally owned, boutique restaurant (Bacaro Venetian Taverna) in Boulder, CO while continuing to develop inventive marketing, sales and consulting strategies as President of Capital Concepts LLC.
