How are the Train spotter Trust designs chosen?

The designs are each individually designed by the DeRailed Ink crew based on socially perceived relevance and general awesomeness. It is possible that a guest designer may be asked to design a tee in collaboration with the DeRailed Ink design team.


Is the $260 a flat rate or can I pay per month?

We do not offer any payment plans other than the flat, one-year fee. IF you are local and can pick up locally we offer a $5 CASH BACK per shirt. Besides it’s only $16.66 per shirt plus shipping, how cheap is that?!

What happens if I move?

Just email us the updated address by the first of the month and we'll change the delivery location.


When will my tees be shipped out?

We ship your monthly tee by the 15th of each month.

Where will my tees ship to and how do I change my shipping address?

We will use the shipping address you entered at checkout as the shipping address for each month of your membership. If you are giving the membership as a gift, make sure you put in the recipients address for the shipping address. If you need to change your shipping address, please email contact@derailedink.com.


How do I order a previous month or this month's shirt?

You don’t! When you sign up for a subscription, your first month will be next month's shirt. But we do give you a FREE AULD wristband with each subscription. What more could you ask for?


What if I don’t like the t-shirt, can I cancel my subscription?

First of all, it is highly unlikely that you won’t like the design. Our business is making designs great. However, no refunds on the Train spotter Trust subscription. Once you jump on the Train spotter Trust train you can jump off, there are no returns or cancellations on your purchase. You may however change sizes, by the first of the month and give them as a gift to a lucky someone!


What about sizing? Can I change my size halfway through my subscription?

Yes, you may change your size. If you no longer fit in your tee email contact@derailedink.com and change the size associated with your subscription. Please note that your size change will take place the month after you've requested the change. We only print enough tees to fulfill the number of subscribers signed up and do not have extras for size change requests.
